Married!

We're married! OMG, I know, right?! It was awesome - best wedding I've ever been a Bride in. Loved it all - it was perfect...perfect for us! Love, laughter, our amazing peeps, good music, nummy food, peaceful warm weather, and aspects of us = perfect wedding for us. Cheers to a beach themed, Fall season, wedding in the mountains! Yep, that's how we roll!

Change of Venue!

Hello from Meghana & Dave!

We are so excited to see you this weekend for our special day! You are a big part of our lives, and we appreciate you taking the time to come party in Colorado! Woohoo!

There is a change of venue for Friday night’s festivities. It will now be at the Courtyard Marriot Denver West/Golden (http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/dengl-courtyard-denver-west-golden/). The party will start at the same time (6:30 p.m.). Dinner, music, dancing, and fun people – what more can you ask for!

And a friendly reminder about altitude (Minneapolis, MN is at 830 feet, and the wedding events in Golden, CO will be between 6000-8000 feet). Drink more water than usual (you will dehydrate quicker), keep in mind that the effects of alcohol are significantly amplified, and just be aware of how you feel. You’re a VIP, and we want you to enjoy your time in Colorado for the celebration of our wedding!

At a Chamber of Commerce shindig - "Passage to India" was the theme, so I just had to bust out the Indian attire. Afterwards we hit up Toby Keith's and sang along to Jason Aldean's "Hicktown." Good times.

World's Toughest Rodeo 2013

We're on a roll...at the concert at Toby's Keith's, Dave was lucky enough to win tickets to the World's Toughest Rodeo! It was really fun - and the concert was awesome too!

1st Pedicure

I might be the only one on the planet who'd never had a pedicure before. Thank you to my Mother-in-Law for pampering me! Now to make Dave get one...hmm...

Drunk Ajax

Oh January of 2013...when Ajax got drunk. True story! Got these chocolates from Dave's mom, and we stopped for gas/snack on the way home, and what do ya know...Ajax got into them and ate like 3! He was all wobbly and sleepy - completely drunk - for the rest of the ride home. At least he was okay (as chocolate is bad for dogs, let alone alcohol)! Achae didn't seem to have any (well, you know my baby girl could NEVER do ANYTHING wrong). Never a dull moment.

Baby Girl

My (or "our") baby girl, Achae (pronounced "aww-she"), chillin' in the backyard and Nana and Papa's place in Colorado. She was a rescue from a puppy mill in Nebraska (thank you to Small Dog Rescue of MN and to Carrie and Eric for fostering her). Now she lives the good life - check out her blog (Pawsitive Posh Life). Cheers to spoiling pets!

Nederland, Colorado

Ever been to Nederland, CO? We drove up there just to check it out - quite the winding path to get there. Awesome views of course! And what is better than to embrace your inner youth by going on the the Carousal of Happiness! Yep, that is what it's actually called. Cheers to never growing up!

Arapahoe Basin

One of Dave's favorite places...A-Basin! Had a little bit of a scare when Achae tried to jump a snowbank at the edge of the parking lot, got out of her harness, and fell into deep snow. There was water below the snow, and it was frozen - thank GOD, as it could have been really bad. Thankfully Dave went in and both got out safe and sound. Whew - thank you, God! Safety first.

Our 1st Christmas - Colorado

Our 1st Christmas together! We went out to visit his family in Colorado. Been forever since I'd been out to Colorado...wow - what a beautiful place! It was an awesome trip and we had a blast!

OMG awesome! Jake Owen, Florida Georgia Line and Love and Theft at the Myth Nightclub. What a fun concert! This tanked-random insisted on being in a picture with us, and we're like "sure - no problem!" Good times!

Holiday Fun in Afton

Here's us having fun in Afton - they had a holiday event with horse drawn carriage rides, roaming carolers, businesses/restaurants open with fun holiday food and music. Such a cute and fun time!

We went to a Wine Tasting event and I got a fun gift for Dave who is a Jack Daniels fan - custom bottle!

Our 1st Thanksgiving

Our 1st Thanksgiving - we went to Duluth to enjoy nummy food with Nana, Uncle David, Aunt Pam, Aunt Karen, Brian, and Jessica. Awesome!

Diwali & Date Night

Here's us in our younger years...2012. LOL! We got all dolled up and went to the Diwali Celebration at the Temple, and then went out for a date night. Good times!
